Stakeholder engagement

Today’s complex communications environment means managing multiple stakeholders has become a core requirement for most communication campaigns.

Our client base comprises large global organisations as well as a range of local industry bodies which often represent a broad church of members. We work day to day with clients to balance the needs and demands of multiple stakeholders including employees, internal global communications and marketing teams, members, customers, regulators, tender consultants, local communities, special interest groups and media.

We recognise that we are often representing our clients to business critical stakeholder communities – a role which requires tact and trust.  We work to clear strategic plans and take a flexible and open approach to stakeholder liaison.

Our work with IFSA on the 2009 Lifewise campaign to raise public awareness of the personal underinsurance problem in Australia is an example of our stakeholder engagement work.
